How do you retie the bow on a Juicy Couture tote?

I got frustrated with the bow on my new Juicy Couture tote and I accidentally untied it and ripped of the stitching. I have no idea how to retie it because as it unraveled i noticed it was somehow knotted. Does anyone have any idea how or where I can fix it? I considered taking it back to the store to ask the sales people
