on zelda the ocarina of time, how do i get a bow???

im already an adult and i cant beat the forest temple. i think i need a bow but i cant figure out how to get it....

Just play through, you get the bow as you go through the temple. Look for other doors that you don't need a bow to get through.

Ah, one of my favorite games. You need to start off at the entrance, kill the wolfos and head left to the vines, but kill the skultulas. climb up the wall and get the chest containing a key. then, go deeper into the temple until you get the the main room with the four torches. go straight up and into the next room past the hallway. Kill the Stalfos and get the item in the chest. Then, go back to the main room and go through the door that was blocked by the block of time. navigate to the right and climb the wall, killing the skultulas. then, hookshot over to the ledge and press the button. a well that was once filled with water will be drained. go down the well, and down the passage will be a chest with a key. now. go back to the central room and go to the room NE of the room you entered from. Navigate the labyrinth and you will be at the top with two bubbles and a door with a key slot. go through the door and you will be in a twisted hallway. go through it and into the next room. jump forward, then left, and open the door with a key before the wallmaster grabs you (or you can kill it). you should be in a room with pictures of the red poe sister in it. ignore the pictures and head down the stairs and into a circular room. Prepare to fight not one... not two... not four... not even ten, but THREE Stalfos. kill them, and you should get the bow!
