Not really. You can get some companies to make custom parts, such as palmers, but not an entire marker to your specifications. Your best bet is to search the forums at TechPB, PBnation, and SpecialOpsPaintball for someone who can make one for you. However, if you find someone, which I'm sure you can, it will cost you some big bucks for a custom made marker.
